created another dear angel picture
entitled:
OH JOY

Ali starts off by sketching (with charcoal pencil)

her angel .. then fills in the face and some of the 

background with a white/flesh acrylic paint.

AHHH .. then comes color .. she painted a turquoise background

then added 'pink' smudges (a special little technique she learned

in Primitive Faces 2 class with teacher Mindy Lacefield)

SMUDGING

she 'obliterates' some pink spots

 

recovering the wings in white again

(there are MANY steps in creating each picture)

she redefines the teeth in white

and the spaces between in dark charcoal pencil
